Special Requests: Carrot Cake
To all my friends and family out there: special requests are always welcome. It means trying something new... experimenting! This was a new recipe I tried from my ever trusty Baking Illustrated for a friend that said she was dying for some Carrot Cake. So if any of you just need me to make you tiramisu( or whatever you might be craving), just call me up and I would love to assist you in that area!

Hi, Grace!
I would like to find a good recipe for pizza sauce---do you have any ideas? I've found a crust recipe that is easy and tasty---so now I am lacking a decent sauce, and sometimes the cheese melts weird. Like it's too high moisture or something?
Looking forward to more blog posts! Are you going to post the recipes---and sometimes step-by-step pics so I can try things out?
